LiFE Federal Credit Union Selects CU Evolution to Help Drive Engagement

Denton, TX (August 1, 2019) – LiFE Federal Credit Union, a community-based credit union with $21 million in assets and almost 2,000 members, has partnered with CU Evolution to enhance their social media presence and onboard new members digitally.

“I selected CU Evolution for social media management because I understand the importance of not only having a presence on social media, but it being productive and useful to the members,” Dustin Fuller, CEO of LiFE FCU said. “Being in a smaller credit union does not leave enough quality time to be fruitful on social media so having a team behind me helps me stay consistent.”

Through CU Evolution’s partnership with Digital Onboarding, credit unions can engage and onboard their new members right from the start and beyond. Research has shown that consumers want frequent, quality communications from their financial institution, especially during the early days of the relationship. 

“I went with the Digital Onboarding platform because the first impression with a new member is huge,” Fuller said. “In order to get them fully engaged, I believe you must stay in front of them.
